We make automated decisions about you when you first ask to join LifeOUT when we check to see if you have been suspended from the service before, why you were suspended, and whether you are likely to be a spammer or abuse other members. If, however, you feel that you have been unfairly denied membership, you can contact our Support Team to have your membership application considered manually. The Customer Services Team will deal with your request as quickly as possible. Their decision is final.
When you join LifeOUT, we ask you to enter some information about yourself so that we can provide our services to you, make sure that we are complying with the law and prevent spamming and abuse. All the data that you enter can be changed by you at any time and is therefore under your control.
